Job Summary**

We are seeking a Field Surveyor to join our team at FERROVIAL CONSTRUCCIÓN, S.A. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out topographical surveys and setting out on construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.

Job Responsibilities**

* Conduct topographical surveys prior to construction work, including terrain measurements, boundary delineation, and elevation data collection.
* Perform project setting-out in the field, marking axes, levels, and coordinates according to technical drawings and specifications.
* Verify the correct positioning and alignment of structures and construction elements.
* Use advanced surveying equipment (total station, GPS, level, etc.) for data collection and processing.
* Prepare topographical reports, as-built drawings, and related technical documentation.
* Collaborate with the engineering and site management team to ensure proper execution of works.
* Maintain surveying equipment in optimal working condition and calibration.
* Comply with occupational health and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications**

* Technical degree or higher education in Surveying, Geodesy, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Surveyor on construction projects, preferably in civil works or infrastructure.
* Proficiency in using surveying equipment (total station, GPS, optical and digital level).
* Advanced skills in surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MDT, TopoCAL, etc.).
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
* Proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented mindset.
* Availability to work at various project locations and adapt to flexible schedules.
* Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Resumen del Puesto**

Buscamos un Topógrafo de Campo para unirse a nuestro equipo en FERROVIAL CONSTRUCCIÓN, S.A. El candidato ideal será responsable de realizar levantamientos topográficos y replanteos en proyectos de construcción, asegurando la precisión y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.

Responsabilidades del Puesto**

* Realizar levantamientos topográficos previos a la ejecución de obras, incluyendo mediciones de terreno, deslindes y altimetrías.
* Ejecutar replanteos de proyectos en campo, marcando ejes, niveles y cotas según planos y especificaciones técnicas.
* Verificar la correcta ubicación y alineación de estructuras y elementos constructivos.
* Utilizar equipos topográficos avanzados (estación total, GPS, nivel, etc.) para la recolección y procesamiento de datos.
* Elaborar informes topográficos, planos as-built y documentación técnica relacionada.
* Colaborar con el equipo de ingeniería y dirección de obra para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los trabajos.
* Mantener el equipo topográfico en óptimas condiciones de funcionamiento y calibración.
* Cumplir con las normativas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.

Cualificaciones del Puesto**

* Título técnico o superior en Topografía, Geodesia, Ingeniería Civil o campo relacionado.
* Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Topógrafo de Campo en proyectos de construcción, preferiblemente en obra civil o infraestructuras.
* Dominio del manejo de equipos topográficos (estación total, GPS, nivel óptico y digital).
* Manejo avanzado de software topográfico (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MDT, TopoCAL, etc.).
* Capacidad para interpretar planos de ingeniería y especificaciones técnicas.
* Proactividad, autonomía y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en distintas ubicaciones de proyecto y adaptarse a horarios flexibles.
* Permiso de conducir y vehículo propio.
