Ferrovial Construction is recognized internationally for its capacity to design and build singular projects in civil works and building, and mainly large transport infrastructures. Its historical track record includes projects to date totaling more than 490 km of tunnels, 19,200 km of roads (including 4,000 km of highways) and 4,700 km of railway lines (including 700 km of high-speed rail) and 27,350 km of road maintenance and repair.

We are looking for a Construction Site Manager for building projects in Vigo, responsible for the overall management of the site, from planning to handover, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality are met.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction, including planning, execution, and monitoring of the work.
* Manage and control the project budget, identifying and managing potential deviations.
* Supervise and coordinate the site team, including subcontractors and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at work.
* Maintain fluid communication with the project management, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Prepare progress reports, cost control, and technical documentation for the project.
* Resolve technical and operational issues that arise during the execution of the work.
* Guarantee the quality of the work performed and the timely delivery of the project.

Requirements

* Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related university qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Construction Site Manager in building projects.
* In-depth knowledge of construction, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or others).
* Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and negotiation skills.
* Residency in Vigo or willingness to relocate to the area.
* Valid B driver's license.
