What you'll do

  • Organization, supervision, and layout of work fronts, as planned by the site manager and the production manager.
  • Control of personnel and subcontractors.
  • Review of the material stockpile planned for the execution of planned work units.
  • Coordinator of the Health and Safety measures established by law, always under the supervision of the Site Manager.
  • Responsible for compliance with the procedures of the Quality and Environmental assurance plan in the execution of the work units being carried out.
  • Compliance with the objectives assigned by the Site Management.
  • Based on the previous schedule, set weekly production objectives for the foreman.
  • Check the progress of the different work fronts.
  • Ensure the supplies requested in the weekly report are available.
  • Review the personnel control reports of both subcontractors and Ferrovial – Agroman, S.A. site personnel, signed and submitted to the Production Manager.
  • Start of work fronts and work units.
  • Verification of layout and setting out.
  • Supervision of the work fronts under execution.
  • Control of tools and equipment available on site to execute units.
  • Supervision and decision-making on corrective actions related to compliance with current health and safety regulations.
  • Manage site teams, both Ferrovial – Agroman, S.A. own personnel and subcontractors, addressing not only professional issues but also personal ones such as motivation, explanation of safety rules, etc.

IV. RELATIONSHIPS:

  • WITH THE SITE MANAGER / PRODUCTION MANAGER:
  • Information received on production objectives.
  • Meetings to plan work fronts.
  • Delivery of documentation under their responsibility, duly completed (foreman reports, delivery notes).
  • Report to the site manager any incident that occurs on site (related to the Quality, Health and Safety system, execution of work units).

WITH THE SITE ADMINISTRATION:

  • Delivery of documentation (delivery notes, foreman reports).
  • Report any incident that may have occurred regarding site personnel.
  • Report any visits from the different bodies that may inspect the site.

WITH THE FOREMAN:

  • Communication of the objectives for the execution of the work fronts under their responsibility.
  • Delivery of the corresponding documentation for their work fronts, duly completed.

WITH SITE PERSONNEL:

  • Checking and control of the work they carry out.
  • Communication of health and safety measures, as well as control of their compliance, especially regarding Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Communication to the site manager and the administrative officer of any socio-labor non-compliance by site personnel.
