Commercial Teleoperator - Residential Customer Service

• Team skills and goal orientation.
• Sales Experience (Plus): If you're new but eager to learn, don't hesitate to sign up! We'll support you every step of the way.
• Availability to work on-site at our offices in Seville.
• RESIDENCE IN SEVILLE and/or availability to work on-site at our offices.

• Contract for 30h/week for 2 months (1 month probation) with great possibilities of continuity. Your job stability is our priority!
• Fixed salary: €1,098.69 gross/month + material incentives (mobile phones, tablets, gift vouchers...).
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, alternating weekends. Afternoon shift between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM or 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
• Location: On-site work at our hub in Seville, located in the Los Remedios area, WITH THE OPTION OF REMOTE WORK (hybrid model at 50%) after completing the training period.
• Comprehensive training: Initial training from September 15th to October 2nd, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (paid training: €10 gross/day).

• RESIDENCIA EN SEVILLA y/o disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en nuestras oficinas.

• Contrato de 30h/s durante 2 meses (1 mes de prueba) con grandes posibilidades de continuidad. ¡Tu estabilidad laboral es nuestra prioridad!
• Salario fijo: 1098,69€ brutos/mes + incentivos materiales (móviles, tablets, cheques regalo...).
• Horarios: de lunes a domingo, fines de semanas alternos. Turno de tarde en franja horaria de 15h a 21h o de 16h a 22h.
• Ubicación: Trabajo presencial en nuestro hub en Sevilla, ubicado en la zona de Los Remedios CON OPCIÓN DE TELETRABAJO (híbrido al 50%), tras superar la curva de aprendizaje.
• Formación integral: Formación inicial, comenzando el 15 de septiembre hasta el 2 de octubre, de lunes a viernes en horario de 9 a 16h. (becada: 10€ brutos/día).
