At GI GROUP we are looking to recruit a Store Sales Advisor for a leading company in the retail sector specializing in mobile telephony, technology, accessories, and operator services, in addition to having a business line for photographic services. The selected person will be responsible for offering personalized advice to the customer, managing the sale of products and services (telecommunications, energy, insurance, and terminal renting), driving cross-selling with a special focus on energy services, as well as performing the administrative tasks inherent to the position, opening and closing the store, cash balancing, and maintaining order and restocking the establishment.

• Personalized customer advice and service throughout the entire sales process.

• Sale of mobile devices, accessories, and technological products.

• Marketing of products and services from different telephone operators.

• Cross-selling of additional services.

• Meeting individual and store sales targets.

• Customer loyalty and acquisition.

• Managing the day-to-day tasks of the store.

• Participation in sales campaigns and promotions.

• Job location: Valdemoro (Madrid).

- Long-term interim contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract later.

• Working day and shift:

- 27.5 hours/week on the afternoon shift.

• Fixed salary + variable (incentives):

- 27.5 h workday: €1,149 gross/month + incentive system (variable plan).

• Competitive variable plan: we have an incentive plan with high potential. As a real reference, the current average commission for the top 30 advisors is €850 gross/month, equivalent to €10,000 gross/year in incentives and commissions.
