Customer Service with English

Currently, from the Terrassa branch, we are looking for a Customer Service representative with English, for Llinars del Vallès.

We tell you the main requirements and other skills for the position:

• Ensure optimal customer service during the sales phase, in order to streamline the design phase of new projects and contribute to increasing sales volume and customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing customer service during the after-sales phase and, in general, in inquiries, incidents, and complaints, seeking maximum customer satisfaction within the framework of the company's commercial and operational strategy.
• Ensure compliance with delivery commitments, especially regarding dates, guaranteeing proper administrative management of the entry and tracking of customer orders and their coordination with the areas of planning, logistics, production, quality, and accounting.

• Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 euros gross

• Start date: September 1st.
• Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (100% on-site)

• ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: The position requires knowledge at the level of a Higher Level Training Cycle (CFGS), although extensive experience and training in the role may compensate for a lower level of education.
• COMPUTER SKILLS: Knowledge as an advanced user of office software (Word, Excel) and for the use of the management program. Knowledge of Navision will be valued.
• LANGUAGES: The position requires knowledge of English at a C level. Knowledge of another foreign language such as French will be valued.
• EXPERIENCE: Experience in similar positions of at least 1 year.

• Asegurar una óptima atención al cliente en la fase de venta, con el fin de agilizar la fase de diseño de nuevos proyectos y contribuir al incremento del volumen de ventas y a la satisfacción de las necesidades del cliente.
• Prestar una atención continuada al cliente durante la fase de postventa y en general, en consultas, incidencias, y reclamaciones, buscando la máxima satisfacción del cliente posible en el marco de la estrategia comercial y operativa de la empresa
• Velar por el cumplimiento de los compromisos de entrega, especialmente en materia de fechas, garantizando la adecuada gestión administrativa de la entrada y seguimiento de los pedidos de clientes y su coordinación con las áreas de planificación, logística, producción, calidad y contabilidad

• Salario: 28.000 - 30.000 euros brutos

• Incorporación: 1 de septiembre.
• Horario: 8h a 17h (100% presencial)

• TITULACIÓN ACADÉMICA: El puesto requiere conocimientos a nivel de CFGS, si bien una experiencia prolongada y formación en el puesto puede compensar un nivel de estudios inferior.
• OFIMÁTICA: Conocimientos como usuario avanzado de ofimática (Word, Excel) y para el uso del programa de gestión. Se valorará conocimiento de Navision.
• IDIOMAS: para el desempeño del puesto se requiere conocimiento, a nivel C de inglés. Valorable el conocimiento de otro idioma extranjero como francés.
• EXPERIENCIA: experiencia en puestos similares de al menos 1 año.
