The role

What you'll do

-Basic setting out and preparation of the work area (marking, stockpiling, cleaning).

-Trench opening and manual/mechanical excavation in support of the team.

-Simple shoring and strutting to secure trenches (as instructed).

-Placement and assembly of sanitation piping (PVC/PE/PP/concrete): alignment, slope, and leveling.

-Construction of manholes, inspection wells, gullies, and covers: brick/blockwork, concreting, and plastering.
