From GI BPO, an important multinational, we are looking for a commercial call center agent.

What you'll do

What will your main duties be?

- Prospecting and identifying new clients

- Monitoring and retaining the client portfolio

- Receiving and making calls: information about products, promotions, and closing sales

- Customer service: support with orders, questions, and needs
