We tell you the main requirements and other skills for the position:

Previous experience as a bellhop, baggage handler, or in guest service positions at hotels (valuable).

Good presence, proactive attitude, and excellent customer service orientation.

Ability to work as part of a team and under a dynamic work pace.

Availability to work rotating shifts in the morning, afternoon, and/or night, including weekends and holidays.

Valuable level of English or other languages.

Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service protocols will be valued.

Te contamos los principales requerimientos y otras habilidades de la posición:

Experiencia previa como botones, maletero o en puestos de atención al cliente en hoteles (valorable).

Buena presencia, actitud proactiva y excelente orientación al cliente.

Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo un ritmo de trabajo dinámico.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de mañana, tarde y/o noche, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos.

Valorable nivel de inglés u otros idiomas.

Se valorará conocimiento del funcionamiento de hoteles y protocolos de atención al huésped.
