About the role

In the Strategic Development and Quality Unit of CEU Cardenal Herrera University, we are looking to bring on board a Quality Technician to take part in the implementation and monitoring of our quality assurance systems. The selected candidate will be key to ensuring that the verification, accreditation, and continuous improvement processes for our degree programs are carried out in line with regulations and help strengthen the University's prestige and competitiveness.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the verification, modification, implementation, monitoring, and accreditation processes for official degrees.

  • Take part in the implementation and monitoring of the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS), both internally and in external processes.

  • Contribute to the internal monitoring of degree programs and to the preparation of the corresponding reports.

  • Provide support in the analysis and accountability of the improvement plans for each degree program.

  • Offer support and guidance for obtaining external, national, and international seals and certifications.

  • Collect, process, and use data and indicators, collaborating in the preparation of reports and participation in rankings.

  • Take part in the analysis and improvement of satisfaction surveys for the different stakeholder groups.

  • Promote a culture of quality and compliance within the university.

  • Carry out other administrative tasks inherent to the service and those deemed necessary by the Quality Management.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in management, education, or quality fields.

  • Previous experience in university quality processes or academic management.

  • Experience in accreditation and certification processes is desirable (e.g., ANECA, AVAP, international seals).

  • Advanced English level will be highly valued.
