Operational Excellence Manager

to join the

Operations and Strategy Department

, with

3 to 5 years of experience

in process improvement, BPM and operational excellence. The selected candidate will be key in standardizing, optimizing and transforming corporate processes across all business units of the Group.

What you'll do

  • Process mapping and documentation in all areas of the Group (energy, agri-food, fresh produce, real estate and ETD).
  • Define and maintain the corporate process repository, ensuring modeling and traceability standards.
  • Coordinate working sessions with multidisciplinary teams to gather information.
  • Analyze current processes (AS-IS), identifying inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design TO-BE processes aligned with corporate strategy and industry best practices.
  • Define process KPIs, dashboards and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA.
  • Design and implement change management plans associated with process transformation.
  • Train teams in BPM tools and new working methodologies  and Promote a culture of operational excellence throughout the organization.

What we're looking for

  • Essential: 3 - 5 years of experience in process improvement, BPM, operational excellence or internal consulting.
  • Demonstrable experience in process mapping in cross-functional organizations or diversified business groups.
  • Experience in cross-functional project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), Kaizen.
  • Project management: planning, monitoring and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
  • Key competencies: analytical thinking, results orientation, influence and stakeholder management, clear communication, leadership, autonomy and systemic vision.

Education & certifications

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Valuable: postgraduate degree or certification in BPM, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (PMP / PRINCE2) or other related fields.
