- At least 3 years of experience in assigned functions

At INVER we are looking for a Global Renewable Assets Settlements Manager to structure, standardize and lead the energy sales activity of renewable assets in operation in all countries where the group has or will have a presence, ensuring the maximization of energy sales revenue, efficient risk management and regulatory compliance in each market.

- Design and implement a standardized energy sales management model for operating assets applicable to all countries, adapting procedures to local particularities and the regulatory framework of each country. 

- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the local energy settlement and sales managers in each country.

- Optimization of energy sales revenue across all the group's operating assets.

- Manage the operations of energy sale and purchase contracts in all markets, including contracts with Representative Agents and Retailers.

- Supervise the management of invoices and settlements, ensuring the correct settlement of energy and managing non-conformities in case of discrepancies.

- Act as the global interlocutor before regulators, market operators, representatives, retailers, or any agent that may be involved in the energy sales of an operating asset.

- Lead the implementation of mechanisms to obtain new revenue (balancing markets, capacity,...) in operating assets.

- Manage the sale of renewable energy origin certificates and/or complementary mechanisms, requiring knowledge of the existing regulations in each country.

- Supervise that the measurement of energy generated in all facilities is correct and complies with the competent bodies of each country.

- Collaborate closely with the Project Development Energy Sales Department to ensure strategic alignment between the development and operation phases.
