About the role

We are looking for a Contract Manager for the Purchasing department of INVER Management, with at least 5 years of experience in contract management in the energy sector. Possibility of working from the Madrid or Navarra offices.

What you'll do

  • Comprehensive and autonomous management of contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, with a focus on project impact.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contracts (General Conditions, Particular Conditions, specific agreements).
  • Review and negotiation of contractual terms and conditions proposed by third parties.
  • Support in tender processes 
  • Contract negotiation.
  • Preparation of formal contractual correspondence, transactional agreements, and closing documentation.
  • Identification, assessment, and monitoring of contractual risks, in coordination with project teams.
  • Oversight of compliance with contractual terms and conditions during project execution.
  • Management of contractual claims towards clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ongoing coordination with the departments involved (Legal, Engineering, Purchasing, Project, Finance, etc.) until reaching consensus and solutions aligned with project objectives.
  • Maintenance of contractual records: correspondence, amendments, addenda, and contractual changes.
  • Documentation associated with contracts: insurance, guarantees, etc.

  • Experience in cross-functional coordination with legal, technical, financial, and project areas.
  • Advanced level of English
