Do you want to join the Happiness Industry?

We are looking for Group Reservations Agents (Spain and Portugal market), for our offices in Barcelona.

What will you be responsible for?

• Comprehensive management of group reservations: quoting, invoicing, and follow-up.
• Efficient resolution of issues.
• Customer service and handling of incoming calls.
• Reservation confirmation, change management, sales control, and closing.
• Detailed follow-up of each reservation until its completion.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 1 year of experience in group reservation management.
• Previous experience in the tourism sector.
• Passionate about tourism and customer service.
• Advanced or bilingual proficiency in English; Portuguese or any other language is a plus.

Buscamos Agentes de Reservas de Grupos (mercado España y Portugal), para nuestras oficinas en Barcelona.

¿De qué serás responsable?

• Gestión integral de reservas de grupos: cotización, facturación y seguimiento.
• Resolución eficiente de incidencias.
• Atención al cliente y manejo de llamadas entrantes.
• Confirmación de reservas, gestión de cambios, control de ventas y cierre.
• Seguimiento detallado de cada reserva hasta su finalización.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en gestión de reservas para grupos.
• Experiencia previa en el sector turístico.
• Apasionados por el turismo y la atención al cliente.
• Dominio avanzado o bilingüe de inglés, valorable portugués o cualquier otro idioma.
