Assistant F&B Manager - 5* Hotel Rotterdam (Opening)

We are looking for an Assistant F&B Manager to join the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

• Supporting the F&B Manager in the opening and setup of the department.

• Supervising daily operations in restaurant, bar, and banqueting.

• Assisting with recruitment, training, scheduling, and team development.

• Monitoring inventory, purchasing, and cost‑control processes.

• Ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving service issues.

• Coordinating with the kitchen and events teams.

• Contributing to upselling initiatives and service improvements.

• Fluency in English and Dutch (mandatory).

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.

• Experience as Assistant F&B Manager, Head Waiter, or similar role.

• Experience in hotel openings is highly valued.
