Reservations Agent (Reserveringsagent) - 5* Hotel Rotterdam (Opening)

We are looking for a Reservations Agent / Reserveringsagent to join the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

• Managing individual and group reservations through phone, email, and online channels.

• Ensuring accurate data entry, room allocation, and reservation follow‑up.

• Providing detailed information about rates, availability, services, and hotel facilities.

• Handling modifications, cancellations, and special requests.

• Coordinating with Front Office, Revenue Management, and Sales to optimize occupancy and revenue.

• Assisting in the creation and implementation of reservation procedures for the hotel opening.

• Ensuring compliance with brand standards and delivering excellent customer service.

• Supporting reporting tasks and maintaining reservation records.

• Previous experience as Reservations Agent or in Front Office roles.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Fluency in English and Dutch; Spanish is highly valued.

• Customer‑focused mindset and attention to detail.

• Experience in hotel openings is highly valued.

• Knowledge of PMS and reservation systems is a plus.
