At IGNEO Engineering, a multinational company specialized in engineering, we are looking to hire a Junior HR Technician - Talent, Development and Culture (TDC) to strengthen our team in Madrid.

We are looking for someone who wants to develop their professional career in Human Resources from a comprehensive perspective, participating in projects related to talent, training, culture, internal communication, and recruitment, with a significant focus on administrative management, data analysis, and control.

This position is especially aimed at professionals who have recently completed an internship or apprenticeship and are starting their professional career, with up to 2-3 years of experience.

What you'll do

  • Training and FUNDAE: administrative management of training activities, documentation, monitoring, subsidies, suppliers, and control of related information.

  • Talent, Development and Culture: support for training, culture, development, engagement projects, and other strategic TDC initiatives.

  • Recruitment and selection: publishing job vacancies, managing applications, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and monitoring processes.

  • Factorial: managing and updating information, processes, and documentation within the platform, progressively becoming an advanced user of the system.

  • HR data and control: maintaining databases, preparing reports, monitoring indicators, and preparing information for decision-making.

  • Excel: creating and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, reports, and analyses related to the different TDC processes.

  • PowerPoint: preparing professional presentations, executive reports, and materials for projects, committees, and internal communications.
