🎯 Purpose of the Role
Supervise the execution of civil works on electrical substation projects, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, execution deadlines, quality of work, and safety and environmental regulations.
🔧 Main Responsibilities and Functions:
Directly supervise civil works on site, including foundations, conduits, drainage, special foundations, and other associated infrastructure.
Coordinate the daily activities of contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Monitor the proper execution of work in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and construction procedures.
Carry out quality inspections and verify compliance with established technical standards.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the entire execution of the project.
Prepare progress reports, daily reports, and site monitoring documentation.
Coordinate actions with the technical office and participate in resolving issues detected on site.
Verify the proper receipt and use of materials and equipment on site.
Contribute to meeting execution deadlines and optimizing available resources.
