What you'll do

🔧 Responsibilities and Main Duties:

  • Plan and coordinate Technical Assistance services and preventive and corrective maintenance on MV/LV networks.

  • Supervise the execution of field work, ensuring compliance with the client's technical specifications and standards.

  • Manage the technical and financial scope of contracts, controlling budgets, certifications, and associated costs.

  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, verifying compliance with legal, technical, and safety requirements.

  • Monitor productivity, operating margins, and potential project deviations.

  • Prepare periodic technical-financial follow-up reports and activity reports.

  • Ensure the proper implementation of Health and Safety Plans and the coordination of business activities.

  • Manage inspections, internal and external audits, as well as the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

  • Ensure the traceability of actions through corporate digital tools and management systems.

Requirements

What we're looking for

Qualification: Technical Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification, preferably in the electrical specialty.

  • Training in electrical safety.

  • Training in MV/LV switching operations.

  • Training in Occupational Risk Prevention.

  • Availability to work shifts and 24/7 on-call duties as required by the contract.

Proven experience in:

  • Planning and coordination of Technical Assistance services and preventive/corrective maintenance on MV/LV networks.

  • Supervision of field work in electrical distribution installations.

  • Technical-financial management of contracts, budgets, certifications, and subcontracting.

  • Implementation of Health and Safety Plans and coordination of business activities.

  • Management of digital tools for reporting and work tracking.

  • Previous experience working for Endesa Distribución (essential).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of RAT, REBT, ITC-BT, and ITC-LAT applicable to the operation and maintenance of electrical networks.
