As a CRA Security Guard, you will be part of a key team to guarantee the protection of people, facilities, and company assets. Your mission will be to supervise and manage the signals received at the Alarm Receiving Center, acting quickly and effectively in the event of any incident.

What you'll do

Continuous monitoring of alarm signals connected to the Receiving Center.
Verification and management of alarms, identifying real incidents and discarding false alarms.
Coordination with Law Enforcement, emergency services, and business managers when the situation requires it.
Recording and preparation of alarm and incident reports, ensuring correct traceability of the actions taken.
Management of user registrations and cancellations in the security systems of the different business areas.
Preparation of news reports and control of opening and closing schedules for establishments.
Carrying out surveillance rounds via drone in the enabled services.
Execution of the Acuda service in those centers that have this service contracted.
