About the role

We are looking to add to our team an artificial intelligence engineer specializing in agents and automation with experience in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining generative AI solutions, agents, automations, and corporate integrations, prioritizing security, scalability, maintainability, traceability, and business value orientation.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Transforming business needs into prioritized AI use cases, with functional scope, target architecture, estimated effort, and success metrics.
  • Developing agents and assistants on the Microsoft/Azure environment: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI/Azure AI Services, and Azure AI Search.
  • Designing secure RAG architectures and document workflows for querying, extracting, comparing, and generating corporate information.
  • Integrating AI solutions with document repositories, ERP/Business Central/Navision, internal APIs, mailboxes, lists, databases, and project tools.
  • Applying DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps practices: version control, CI/CD pipelines, dev-test-prod environments, testing, prompt/model evaluation, observability, and controlled deployments.
  • Defining standards for prompts, templates, taxonomies, quality control, human review, technical documentation, and operations manuals.
  • Coordinating pilots with business areas, measuring adoption/productivity/quality, and preparing reusable assets to scale solutions.
  • Collaborating with IT on security, permissions, networks, identities, monitoring, costs, compliance, and operational support.

What we're looking for

To join our team, you need:

  • Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a related field; a master's degree or specialization in AI, cloud, or advanced analytics is a plus.
  • Experience: Developing generative AI solutions, agents, automations, or integrations in the Microsoft Azure environment.
  • Ability to understand business processes, technical documentation, and operational workflows in construction, concessions, energy, engineering, HR, legal, or administration.
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical profiles; ability to explain the risks, limitations, and benefits of AI.
  • Documentation rigor, scalability mindset, security orientation, and ability to prioritize based on different criteria.

Required:

Azure AI / Generative AI 

Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence, Content Safety, response evaluation, grounding, RAG, embeddings, vectorization, agent orchestration, and cost control. 

Microsoft 365 / Power Platform 

SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, connectors, permissions, lists, document libraries, and internal process automation. 

DevOps for AI 

Azure DevOps and/or GitHub, Git repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, CI/CD pipelines, environment management, automated testing, quality gates, release management, and deployment documentation.

Monitoring consumption, latency, response quality, prompt evaluation, test datasets, traces, telemetry, alerts, prompt/model versioning, and continuous improvement.

Data and Documentation
