Senior HSE Technicians in renewable energy.

We are looking to add to our team a Senior Occupational Risk Prevention (HSE) Technician with experience in Civil Works, Electrical Substations, and evacuation lines.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and monitoring of the Health and Safety Plan for the execution of the work.
• Preparation of an Emergency Plan in accordance with current regulations.
• Issuing directives to maintain Health and Safety and prevent accidents.
• Control and assurance of the registration of Subcontractor companies before work begins.
• Inspection, supervision, and control of conditions that ensure Health and Safety at the site.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly Health and Safety monitoring reports.
• Liaising with the Client, the Safety Coordinator, and attending site meetings.
• Opening and closing of non-conformities.
• Coordination with the Safety Department to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Support tasks for the site manager in other project activities: planning, production monitoring, and work control.

• Education: Master's degree as a Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (HSE) covering all three specialties.
• Experience: at least 3 years of experience in the field of occupational risk prevention, preferably on electrical substation and evacuation line projects.
• Skills: Familiarity with Health and Safety at Work regulations and their application in energy projects. Ability to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo, un/a Técnico/a Superior de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) con experiencia en Obra Civil, Subestaciones eléctricas y líneas de evacuación.

Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

• Elaboración y Seguimiento del Plan de Seguridad y Salud para la ejecución de los trabajos.
• Elaboración de un Plan de Emergencia según normativa vigente.
• Emitir directivas con el fin de mantener la Seguridad y Salud y evitar accidentes.
• Control y aseguramiento de Alta de empresas Subcontratistas para inicio de trabajos.
• Inspección, supervisión y control de las condiciones que garanticen la Seguridad y Salud en el emplazamiento.
• Elaboración de informes semanal y mensuales de seguimiento de Seguridad y Salud.
• Trato con Cliente, Coordinador de seguridad y asistencia a reuniones de obra.
• Apertura y cierre de no conformidades.
• Coordinación con Departamento de Seguridad para cumplimiento de procedimientos y normativa.
• Tareas de apoyo al jefe de obra en otras actividades del proyecto: planificación, seguimiento de producción y control de trabajos.

• Formación: Máster de Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) tres especialidades.
• Experiencia: mínimo 3 años de experiencia en el campo de la prevención de riesgos laborales, preferentemente en obras de Subestación eléctrica y líneas de evacuación
• Competencias: Familiaridad con la normativa de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo y su aplicación en proyectos de energía. Capacidad para identificar riesgos potenciales y desarrollar estrategias efectivas para su mitigación.
