Transport Tracking Manager

We are looking for a Transport Tracking Manager to join our Transport team at our head office in Zaragoza. In your day-to-day role, you will be responsible for tracking the delegation's transport operations and resolving any incidents that may arise, while keeping both the client and colleagues at the delegation informed.

• Track the client's transport operations.
• Calculate the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for each client's trucks to their destinations.
• Inform clients in each country about the ETA of their trucks, as well as any relevant incidents.
• Inform Traffic Managers about any incidents that may occur during transport operations.
• Record and keep transport-related information up to date in the client's system (control tower).
• Assist drivers and resolve fleet incidents arising from transport operations.
• Report daily details of each route internally and to the client.

• Advanced Vocational Training (Higher Degree) in Transport and/or Logistics or equivalent.
• One year of experience in positions such as tracking manager or similar roles.
• Languages: Romanian required (native or very high proficiency) and English valued.
• Proficient user level in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work shifts.

• Specific knowledge of the transport and logistics sector (tachographs, breaks).
• Knowledge of driving and rest times regulations.
