Section Head at H10 Ocean Suites & Dreams

H10 Hotels is looking to recruit a Section Head to work at our hotel H10 Ocean Suites & Dreams, in Fuerteventura.

The duties to be carried out will be:

• Carrying out, in a qualified manner, the control and supervision functions of the sections and/or service assigned to them, under the supervision of the head chef.
• Preparation of technical specification sheets established by the person in charge of the kitchen.
• Control of inventory rotation.
• Participation in the control of supplies, conservation and storage of goods.
• Preparation of reports on the management of resources and processes of their section and/or service.
• Collaboration in the instructions given to the staff under their charge.
• Supervision of the cleaning and hygiene of the kitchen area assigned to their section, ensuring the perfect condition of equipment and facilities.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar a un/a Jefe/a de Partida para trabajar en nuestro hotel H10 Ocean Suites & Dreams, en Fuerteventura.

Las funciones que se llevarán a cabo serán:

• Realizar de manera cualificada las funciones de control y supervisión de las partidas y/o servicio que le sea signado bajo la supervisión del jefe/a de cocina.
• Elaboración de fichas técnicas establecidas por el responsable de la cocina.
• Control de rotación de inventarios.
• Participación en el control de aprovisionamientos, conservación y almacenamiento de mercancías.
• Elaboración de informes sobre la gestión de los recursos y procesos de sus partida y/o servicio.
• Colaboración en las instrucciones de su personal a su cargo.
• Supervisión de la limpieza e higiene del área de la cocina destinada a su partida y se asegura del perfecto estado de utillaje e instalaciones.
