We are looking for a RECEPTIONIST for our HOTEL HESPERIA SANT JOAN APARTAMENTS located in Sant Joan Despí.

What will you do on a daily basis?
• Manage the guest's stay from check-in to check-out.
• Identify and welcome all hotel guests and visitors
• Recognize repeat guests
• Pre-assign rooms
• Handle all guest requests before, during, and after their stay at the hotel
• Manage the reception cash register (guest payments, currency exchange, etc.)
• Handle phone calls, faxes, and emails, taking reservations for rooms, the restaurant, and internal services when necessary
• Promote all hotel services
• Provide information about hotel services and tourist information about the city
• Handle guest complaints and suggestions and refer them to a supervisor when unable to resolve them
• Handle billing and daily cash reconciliation at the reception and for other services offered at the reception

What do you need for the position?
