What you'll do

• Constant presence at the front office and guest service.
• Achieve guest satisfaction goals.
• Review night audit and daily lists.
• Problem solving; handling and resolving guest complaints.
• Group management and billing.
• Review daily billing.
• Manage the cash fund and cash counts.
• Supervise room assignments.
• Follow up on and resolve complaints.
• Review reservations for the day's arrivals.
• Provide information on all hotel services, rates and schedules.
