Reporting to the team management, we are looking for a Business Applications Manager to lead and take functional and technical ownership of the business applications ecosystem: ERP, POS, WMS, OMS, e-commerce, payments, omnichannel and B2B integrations.

What will you have to do once you're here?: 👇 👇

• Management of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and its integration with ERP and sales channels

• Coordination of POS and its integration with ERP

• Management of the OMS (order management) and its role in omnichannel operations, E-commerce (Shopify) and its connectivity with the backend

• Supervision of the integration with the payment gateway and its reconciliation with ERP/POS

• Management of omnichannel operations: stock, price and order consistency across physical stores, online and marketplaces

• Supervision of EDI integrations for invoicing, orders and delivery notes, including relationships with B2B platforms for major accounts

• Coordination with functional support partners

• Participation in data governance: contributing to resolving the lack of ownership over master data and intercompany processes, and defining work plans, owners, milestones and KPIs to measure real progress.

• Track execution weekly, detecting deviations early and proposing course corrections.

• Identify risks and unblock dependencies between departments that could slow down a project.

• Ensure decisions made by the Committee translate into concrete actions, with follow-up and tangible results.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing business applications in a multi-entity fashion Retail environment. Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration or similar. A postgraduate degree or MBA is highly valued.

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later versions)

• Experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and POS systems (Cegid or others) in multi-store and multi-country environments

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify or others) and OMS management, with a focus on omnichannel (unified stock, orders and pricing across channels)

• Experience in technology integrations: EDI, B2B platforms and payment gateways

• Proficiency with document management and workflow automation tools (Docuware)

• Experience with CRM platforms and their integrations

• Leadership of technical teams and management of external vendors

• We are an international brand, so a professional level of English (advanced level) is essential.

• Previous experience in the fashion/retail sector will be valued

Reportando a la dirección del equipo, buscamos un/a Business Applications Manager que lidere y asuma la propiedad funcional y técnica del ecosistema de aplicaciones de negocio: ERP, POS, SGA, OMS, e-commerce, pagos, omnicanalidad e integraciones B2B.

¿Qué tendrás que hacer cuando estés aquí?: 👇 👇

• Gestión del Sistema de Gestión de Almacén (SGA) y su integración con ERP y canales de venta

• Coordinación de POS y su integración con ERP

• Gestión del OMS (gestión de pedidos) y su rol en la operativa omnicanal, E-commerce (Shopify) y su conectividad con backend

• Supervisión de la integración con pasarela de pago y su conciliación con ERP/POS

• Gestión de la operativa omnicanal: coherencia de stock, precio y pedido entre tienda física, online y marketplaces

• Supervisión de integraciones EDI para facturación, pedidos y albaranes, incluyendo relaciones con plataformas B2B de grandes cuentas

• Coordinación con partners de soporte funcional

• Participación en la gobernanza de datos: contribuir a resolver la falta de propiedad sobre datos maestros y procesos intercompañíayecto los planes de trabajo, responsables, hitos y KPIs que permitan medir su avance real.

• Hacer seguimiento semanal de la ejecución, detectando desviaciones a tiempo y proponiendo correcciones de rumbo.

• Identificar riesgos y desbloquear las dependencias entre áreas que puedan frenar un proyecto.

• Garantizar que las decisiones tomadas en Comité se traducen en acciones concretas, con seguimiento y resultados tangible

• Experiencia mínima de 5-7 años gestionando aplicaciones de negocio en entorno Retail de moda multi-entidad. Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, ADE o similar. Posgrado o MBA muy valorable.

• Conocimiento sólido de Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 o versiones posteriores)

• Experiencia gestionando Sistemas de Gestión de Almacén (SGA) y sistemas POS (Cegid u otros) en entornos multi-tienda y multi-país

• Conocimiento de plataformas e-commerce (Shopify u otras) y gestión de OMS, con foco en omnicanalidad (stock, pedidos y precio unificados entre canales)

• Experiencia en integraciones tecnológicas: EDI, plataformas B2B y pasarelas de pago

• Manejo de herramientas de gestión documental y automatización de flujos de trabajo (Docuware)

• Experiencia con plataformas CRM y sus integraciones

• Liderazgo de equipos técnicos y gestión de proveedores externos

• Se valorará experiencia previa en sector moda/retail
