We are looking for a Production & Quality Specialist to join the Production team and contribute to the development of our collections while ensuring excellence in our manufacturing processes on an international level.

What will you have to do once you're here?: 👇 👇

• Daily monitoring of production with factories and suppliers, ensuring schedule compliance and quality standards.

• Sample validation (CFM and production) and quality supervision at origin and destination.

• Risk detection and coordination of corrective and continuous improvement actions with suppliers.

• Coordination of the testing plan with external laboratories (SGS and others).

• Review of technical reports and assurance of regulatory compliance according to the market.

• Supplier qualification and auditing, with follow-up on action plans.

• Technical support to factories on standards, labeling, packaging, and documentation/certifications.

• Analysis of quality and production KPIs, preparation of dashboards.

• Proposals for improvement in processes, product, and department tools.

📍Location: Alicante (Headquarters)

Reporting to the Head of Production, you will work cross-functionally with the Product, Design, Buying, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams, as well as with our international network of factories, laboratories, and suppliers.

• Experience of 2 to 5 years in Production, Quality, or Product Development within the footwear sector.

• Experience working with international manufacturers, preferably in Asia.

• Knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes.

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI or others) will be valued.

• Fluent English (essential) for daily communication with international suppliers and partners.

• Availability to travel internationally on an occasional basis.

Buscamos un/a Production & Quality Specialist que se incorpore al equipo de Producción para contribuir al desarrollo de nuestras colecciones y asegurar la excelencia de nuestros procesos de fabricación a nivel internacional.

¿Qué tendrás que hacer cuando estés aquí?: 👇 👇

• Seguimiento diario de la producción con fábricas y proveedores, asegurando cumplimiento de calendario y estándares de calidad.

• Validación de muestras (CFM y producción) y supervisión de calidad en origen y destino.

• Detección de riesgos y coordinación de acciones correctivas y de mejora continua con proveedores.

• Coordinación del plan de ensayos con laboratorios externos (SGS y otros).

• Revisión de informes técnicos y aseguramiento del cumplimiento normativo según mercado.

• Homologación y auditoría de proveedores, con seguimiento de planes de acción.

• Soporte técnico a fábricas en estándares, etiquetado, packaging y documentación/certificaciones.

• Análisis de KPIs de calidad y producción, elaboración de dashboards.

• Propuestas de mejora en procesos, producto y herramientas del departamento.

• Experiencia de 2 a 5 años en Producción, Calidad o Desarrollo de Producto dentro del sector calzado.

• Experiencia trabajando con fabricantes internacionales, preferiblemente en Asia.

• Conocimiento de procesos de fabricación de calzado.

• Nivel avanzado de Excel; se valorará experiencia con herramientas de análisis de datos y reporting (Power BI u otras).

• Inglés fluido (imprescindible) para la comunicación diaria con proveedores y partners internacionales.

• Disponibilidad para viajar internacionalmente de forma puntual.
