Company History
ICL Group was established in 1968 as Israel Chemicals Ltd, a government-owned company to consolidate Israel's chemical and fertilizer industries. Over the decades, it expanded globally through acquisitions and organic growth, becoming a leading specialty minerals company. In 2015, it was privatized and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and it has since continued to grow its international operations, including a significant presence in Spain.
