Ilunion Textilcare / 2nd Maintenance Officer with Disability(h/M/D) / Málaga

Throughout this growth, we want you to join us as a maintenance officer, with the opportunity to become part of the team at the Málaga laundry facility.

We are looking for a leader committed to our mission of operational excellence and social impact, with strong communication skills and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration. A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is required, as well as a passion for driving continuous improvement projects in an innovative environment.

As a maintenance officer, you will be a key part of the team, ensuring that the quality, efficiency, and sustainability standards that define the company are met.

More specifically, your challenges will be:

• Ensuring that maintenance processes are efficient and sustainable, contributing to the innovative model of ILUNION TextilCare and the social impact of our operations.
• Recording consumption data, promoting an inclusive and motivating environment aligned with our social and environmental commitment.
• Managing the preventive and corrective maintenance functions necessary for the proper operation of the plant.
• Complying with environmental management, quality, and occupational health and safety (PRL) standards for sustainable production processes that reflect ILUNION's commitment to excellence and social responsibility.
• Checking the start-up and shutdown of machinery and boilers and playing a key role in the transformation of industrial production, contributing to the professional development of the team and the company.

Como oficial de mantenimiento, serás pieza importante dentro del equipo, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares de calidad, eficiencia y sostenibilidad que caracterizan a la empresa.

Más en concreto, tus retos serán:

• Garantizar que los procesos de mantenimiento sean eficientes y sostenibles, contribuyendo al modelo innovador de ILUNION TextilCare y al impacto social de nuestras operaciones.
• Realizar los registros de consumo, promoviendo un entorno inclusivo y motivador, alineado con nuestro compromiso social y ambiental.
• Gestionar las funciones de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo necesarios para el funcionamiento de la planta.
• Cumplir con las normas de gestión ambiental, calidad y PRL de los procesos productivos sostenibles que reflejen el compromiso de ILUNION con la excelencia y la responsabilidad social.
• Verificar aperturas y cierres de maquinaria y calderas y tener un papel clave en la transformación de la producción industrial, contribuyendo al desarrollo profesional del equipo y de la empresa.
