The role

What you'll do

The Technical Office Manager selected by the Major Construction Company will have to perform the following functions:

Collaborate with the Studies and Tenders department when drafting the offer.
Control the execution of projects, leading the technical office in terms of construction.
Manage the time and cost limits of the project.
Prepare technical documents with the teams in charge of the necessary modifications.
Review reports.
Create project management plans and strategies so that when the project starts everything goes on time and in order.
Collaborate with the Construction Site Manager of the project during execution to resolve any doubts related to engineering.

Technical degree as ICCP, ITOP, Technical Architect...
More than 8 years of experience performing the functions of technical office manager.
Ability to manage and coordinate technical teams.
Proficiency in design tools and technical software.
Availability to reside and work in Málaga.
