What you'll do

The selected Civil Works Site Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

Plan and coordinate civil construction activities.
Supervise compliance with established deadlines and budgets.
Manage work teams and subcontractors at the construction site.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
Control and supervise the materials and resources necessary for the execution of the works.
Resolve incidents and propose technical solutions during project development.
Communicate project progress and status to the relevant managers.
Review and validate plans and technical specifications.
