We have been dedicated to the social and healthcare sector for more than 30 years through different services: Day Centers, Home Care, Telecare and Nursing Homes for the Elderly. We also invest in new services, such as senior living.

We are at a time of growth, and we need to bring into our teams people who want to contribute to our purpose, caring for and attending to elderly people.

We are looking for a Social Worker for our La Magdalena Day Center in Madrid for holiday coverage.

What you'll do

Activities:

- Carry out the social assessment of service users.

- Prepare and follow up on social intervention plans.

- Inform and guide users and families about resources and benefits.

- Support and advise family members and caregivers.

- Coordinate with the center's professional team and with external resources.

- Prepare social reports and keep documentation up to date.

- Promote the social integration and participation of service users.

Relationships inherent to their activity (internal and external): Functions within the center's activity.

What we're looking for

-University degree in Social Work

-Master's degree or course in management of social services centers

Nice to have

-Experience in similar positions
