What you'll do

  • Analyzing information related to the different business areas, applying statistical and advanced analytics techniques to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities, generating actionable insights that facilitate decision-making and the achievement of corporate objectives.
  • Designing, developing, and evolving dashboards, metrics, and business indicators, ensuring the consistency, accessibility, and usefulness of the information provided, in order to improve monitoring of activity and the organization's decision-making capacity.
  • Designing, developing, validating, and maintaining analytical, predictive, and prescriptive models, applying statistical and machine learning techniques, carrying out their continuous monitoring and improvement, with the aim of maximizing their accuracy, robustness, and business value.
  • Collaborating with the different areas and departments to identify information and analysis needs, providing specialized support in data, indicators, and analytical models, to facilitate problem-solving and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Defining, implementing, and maintaining the data governance model, including policies, standards, catalog, glossary, metrics, lineage, asset classification, and access management, in order to ensure the quality, traceability, security, and proper use of corporate information.
  • Defining, documenting, and managing Data Products and Data Contracts, ensuring the availability of reusable, governed information assets aligned with business needs, promoting interoperability and the efficient use of data within the organization.
  • Coordinating and supporting Data Owners across the different areas, driving the definition, management, and improvement of data within each domain, promoting accountability for information and ensuring its quality, consistency, and suitability to business needs.
  • Promoting business observability and a data-driven culture through the definition of indicators, the dissemination of best practices, and the promotion of the effective use of data, fostering greater analytical autonomy and decision-making based on objective and reliable information.
  • Preparing and governing the datasets necessary for the development of advanced analytical capabilities and Artificial Intelligence use cases, ensuring their quality, traceability, and suitability to business requirements, and driving the evolution of analytical models towards natural language query experiences, conversational analytics, and automatic insight generation.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration and Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Physics, Business Administration and Management, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Postgraduate education or certifications in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence will be valued.
  • Intermediate English
  • Experience in the described functions of between 1 and 3 years.
