About the role

Indie Campers is looking for a dedicated and dynamic RV Sales Onsite Sales Executive to join our team. This role is essential for managing the entire sales process of our used recreational vehicles (RVs) on site.
The selected person will be the main person responsible for RV sales at our Madrid location, handling lead qualification, conducting customer demonstrations, preparing vehicles for sale, and managing their delivery after the purchase.

The position requires a combination of sales skills, operational efficiency, and a customer-oriented mindset.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement local sales strategies to achieve commercial targets.
  • Manage incoming leads and guide them through the sales funnel to conversion.
  • Prepare vehicles for defleeting, including coordinating MOT inspections, repairs, cleaning, condition audits, and photography together with local staff and the asset operations team.
  • Prepare vehicles for sale, including preparation for demonstrations/visits (excluding cleaning) and for post-sale delivery, in coordination with the depot team.
  • Conduct customer demonstrations and manage vehicle delivery after the purchase.
  • Create and maintain local partnerships (vehicle photography, third-party condition reports, etc.).
  • Organize and execute local sales events (for example, open house days at the depot).
  • Coordinate with headquarters teams to ensure alignment of priorities and quality execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Technical training in sales and/or a university degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in automotive sales, RV sales, or similar commercial roles is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in RV and/or automotive sales at a dealership.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong knowledge of RV products and important commercial skills (a plus).
  • Ability to manage administrative requirements related to vehicle/RV leasing (document management, contract completion, etc.) is a plus.
  • Humble, proactive attitude with a "builder" mindset.
  • Knowledge of consumer financing is a plus.
