Your mission 🎯

You will be part of our Primary Content team and play a key role in the design, development, and innovation of the educational project. You will be responsible for transforming deep mathematical concepts into rigorous, engaging, and effective learning experiences for the classroom.

Your day-to-day at Innovamat 🏁

  • Pedagogical design and innovation: You will create original, well-founded teaching materials for primary education teachers, working hand in hand with experts in mathematics didactics.

  • Review and optimization: You will assess and enhance the quality of existing materials (teacher guides, student resources, presentations, audiovisual scripts, etc.).

  • Vertical and horizontal coordination: You will coordinate with the Early Childhood and Secondary teams to ensure learning coherence across different educational stages.

  • Multidisciplinary co-creation: You will work jointly with the illustration, linguistic, layout, and instructional design teams to ensure the highest technical and formal quality.

  • Internationalization and adaptation: You will analyze and adapt the curricular proposal to diverse sociocultural and regulatory contexts in other territories and countries.

  • Research and educational innovation: You will maintain continuous learning about the latest trends and research in mathematics didactics and educational technology.

  • Skills and mindset

    • Passion and vocation for mathematics education: Genuine and continuous interest in pedagogical research and new ways of teaching and learning mathematics.

    • Critical thinking and analytical skills: Strong pedagogical judgment to evaluate what works in the classroom and why.
