You will be part of the Finance Operations team, specifically in the Accounts Receivable area, where you will play a key role in ensuring the proper management of the collection cycle for several of the group's companies. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive excellent service throughout the invoicing and collection process, contributing to maintaining a solid financial position and continuously improving our processes.

Your day-to-day at Innovamat 🏁

• You will manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process for several of the group's countries.

• You will issue and record invoices in NetSuite.

• You will follow up on outstanding collections and manage issues related to invoicing.

• You will maintain fluid communication with clients to resolve administrative questions and facilitate collection processes.

• You will reconcile bank collections and ensure the correct application of received payments.

• You will collaborate on monthly accounting closings related to revenue and accounts receivable.

• You will work together with the Revenue, Customer Success, Sales, and FP&A teams to ensure the quality of financial information.

• You will participate in the continuous improvement of processes, automations, and tools in the Finance Operations area.

• Training in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in financial administration, Accounts Receivable, or similar roles.

• Organized, rigorous person with great attention to detail.

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.

• Proactivity and willingness to take responsibility from day one.

• Advanced level of Google Sheets or Excel.

• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or other ERPs is a plus.

• Sufficient level of English to work with international teams.

• Have worked in technology or high-growth companies.

• Have experience managing multiple countries or international subsidiaries.

• Enjoy improving processes and automating tasks.

Formarás parte del equipo de Finance Operations, concretamente del área de Account Receivables, donde tendrás un papel fundamental para garantizar la correcta gestión del ciclo de cobro de varias de las compañías del grupo. Serás responsable de asegurar que nuestros clientes reciben una atención excelente durante todo el proceso de facturación y cobro, contribuyendo a mantener una posición financiera sólida y a mejorar continuamente nuestros procesos.

Tu día a día en Innovamat 🏁

• Gestionarás el proceso end-to-end de Account Receivables de varios países del grupo.

• Emitirás y contabilizarás facturas en NetSuite.

• Harás seguimiento de los cobros pendientes y gestionarás incidencias relacionadas con la facturación.

• Mantendrás una comunicación fluida con clientes para resolver dudas administrativas y facilitar los procesos de cobro.

• Conciliarás los cobros bancarios y asegurarás la correcta aplicación de los pagos recibidos.

• Colaborarás en los cierres contables mensuales relacionados con ingresos y cuentas a cobrar.

• Trabajarás conjuntamente con los equipos de Revenue, Customer Success, Sales y FP&A para asegurar la calidad de la información financiera.

• Participarás en la mejora continua de procesos, automatizaciones y herramientas del área de Finance Operations.

• Formación en ADE, Economía, Finanzas, Contabilidad o similar.

• Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en administración financiera, Account Receivables o funciones similares.

• Persona organizada, rigurosa y con gran atención al detalle.

• Mentalidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas.

• Proactividad y ganas de asumir responsabilidad desde el primer día.

• Nivel alto de Google Sheets o Excel.

• Valorable experiencia con NetSuite, SAP u otros ERPs.

• Nivel de inglés suficiente para trabajar con equipos internacionales.

• Has trabajado en empresas tecnológicas o de alto crecimiento.

• Tienes experiencia gestionando varios países o filiales internacionales.

• Disfrutas mejorando procesos y automatizando tareas.
