University degree in mathematics or similar. Engineering profiles with a clear sensitivity toward the educational world also fit us well.
Interest in mathematics didactics and a desire to delve deep into it: it is the heart of what we do.
Genuine interest in the technical and development side: programming, automating tasks, and making the most of artificial intelligence in daily life. We are not looking for a pure development profile, but rather someone who feels like getting into it and learning.
Affinity for teaching and the educational world.
Written communication skills in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
Knowledge of digital tools for creating teaching materials.
Time management and organizational skills for project management.
Dynamism and proactivity in problem-solving, with the ability to learn and adapt.
Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a desire to keep learning every day.
Would you like to be part of an innovative project with social impact? At Innovamat we are looking for someone like you 😎
You will be part of our Content team and will play a key role in the development of content for the proposal.
We are looking for a profile with dual talent: on one hand, the ability to delve deep into mathematics didactics to create rigorous and well-thought-out content; on the other, a genuine interest in the more technical side, to automate processes, build proprietary tools, and work very closely with artificial intelligence. We believe that the way educational content is created is changing, and we want someone who wants to be an active part of that change, not just adapt to it.
You will create teaching materials for educators, in collaboration with experts in mathematics didactics.
You will review and improve existing teaching materials (teacher guides, student resources, presentations, video scripts, etc.)
You will explore how to apply artificial intelligence and automation to our content creation and review processes, and you will put those ideas into practice.
You will design and build small tools, scripts, or workflows that allow us to produce content with higher quality and at a larger scale.
You will coordinate with other teams to ensure teaching materials are adapted to different educational levels.
You will collaborate with other teams, such as the illustration, language, and layout teams, to ensure the quality of the materials created.
You will analyze how to adapt the teaching materials to other territories, considering cultural and educational aspects specific to each region.
You will participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up to date with trends and best practices in mathematics teaching and educational technology.
You will visit educational centers to test and evaluate the materials created and receive feedback from teachers and students to continue improving.
