Innovamat is an educational organization focused on mathematics learning. Its purpose is to help improve how this subject is learned by offering resources, training, and research to the educational community.

Founded in 2017 in Barcelona, Innovamat works with 27,000 teachers across more than 2,600 schools in Spain, the United States, Mexico, Italy, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru, helping over 600,000 students learn math by fostering deep understanding and competency development.

You will be part of our team of experts in mathematics education, and your mission will be to ensure the quality and pedagogical depth of the implementation of Innovación in schools.

You will be a key figure in the training and pedagogical support of both teachers and Innovación's internal teams, helping to raise the mathematical and didactic knowledge of the entire organization.

In collaboration with the Key Account Managers and the rest of the pedagogical team, you will design and implement training and classroom interventions that ensure a solid, coherent math practice aligned with Innovamat's approach.

• You will actively participate in internal training sessions on mathematics education, with the goal of continuing to deepen your mathematical and pedagogical knowledge.

• You will collaborate on the design and implementation of the internal training plan, supporting the commercial and advisor teams to improve their understanding of math didactics and the Innovamat proposal.

• You will regularly visit schools to deliver training sessions for teaching staff, adapting the content to the different educational stages: early childhood, primary, and secondary education.

• You will go into math classrooms to conduct observations, model sessions, and teaching practices, with the aim of supporting teachers in improving their practice.

• You will provide pedagogical and technical feedback to teaching teams following classroom observations, helping them reflect and evolve in their mathematics teaching.

• You will directly manage certain schools when deep, highly technical didactic interventions in mathematics are required.

• You will coordinate with teams in your region and with the pedagogical team to identify needs, share learning, and provide solutions to everyday didactic challenges.

• You will attend events, training sessions, and gatherings in the education sector related to math didactics.

• You will be part of an agile team characterized by shared responsibility, interdependence, and continuous learning.

• A genuine passion for mathematics education and its educational impact.
  Strong mathematical ability and ease in understanding and analyzing mathematical content.

• A strong desire to learn and delve deeper into education and didactics, at any of the stages: early childhood, primary, and/or secondary education.

• Previous experience in the mathematics classroom in at least one of the educational stages (early childhood, primary, or secondary).

• Good communication skills in Catalan and Spanish.

• Dynamism and proactivity in problem-solving, with a capacity for learning and adaptation.

• Ease in connecting with teachers and educational teams, building trusting relationships.

• Good communication skills, both in training contexts and in pedagogical support settings.

• Willingness to work as part of a team and collaborate with diverse profiles within the organization.

• Organization, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity.

• Ability to thrive in environments with some pressure and intense rhythms.

• Driving license

• Experience delivering teacher training or supporting methodological change processes.

• Experience working with different pedagogical models or innovative approaches in mathematics.

• Interest in the education sector, impact-driven projects, and dynamic environments.

Innovamat es una organización educativa centrada en el aprendizaje de las matemáticas. Su propósito es contribuir a mejorar cómo se aprende esta ciencia, ofreciendo recursos, formación e investigación a la comunidad educativa.

Formarás parte de nuestro equipo de expertos/as en didáctica de las matemáticas y tu misión será asegurar la calidad y profundidad pedagógica de la implementación de Innovamat en los centros educativos.

Serás una figura clave en la formación y acompañamiento didáctico tanto de docentes como de los equipos internos de Innovamat, contribuyendo a elevar el conocimiento matemático y didáctico de toda la organización.

En colaboración con el equipo de Key Account Managers y el resto del equipo pedagógico, diseñarás e implementarás intervenciones formativas y de aula que garanticen una práctica matemática sólida, coherente y alineada con la propuesta Innovamat.

• Participarás activamente en formaciones internas en didáctica de las matemáticas, con el objetivo de seguir profundizando en el conocimiento matemático y pedagógico.

• Colaborarás en el diseño y ejecución del plan formativo interno, apoyando al equipo comercial y de asesores/as para que mejoren su comprensión de la didáctica de las matemáticas y de la propuesta Innovamat.

• Visitarás de forma habitual centros educativos para impartir formaciones a claustros de docentes, adaptando los contenidos a las distintas etapas: infantil, primaria y secundaria.

• Entrarás en las aulas de matemáticas para realizar observaciones, modelajes de sesiones y prácticas didácticas, con el objetivo de acompañar a los docentes en la mejora de su práctica.

• Ofrecerás feedback pedagógico y técnico a los equipos docentes tras las observaciones en aula, ayudándoles a reflexionar y evolucionar en su enseñanza de las matemáticas.

• Gestionarás directamente algunos centros educativos cuando sea necesario realizar intervenciones didácticas profundas y altamente técnicas en matemáticas.

• Te coordinarás con los equipos de tu región y con el equipo pedagógico para detectar necesidades, compartir aprendizajes y aportar soluciones a los retos didácticos que surjan en el día a día.

• Asistirás a eventos, formaciones y encuentros del sector educativo vinculados a la didáctica de las matemáticas.

• Formarás parte de un equipo ágil, caracterizado por la corresponsabilidad, la interdependencia y el aprendizaje continuo.

• Pasión genuina por la didáctica de las matemáticas y por el impacto educativo.
  Alta capacidad matemática y facilidad para comprender y analizar contenidos matemáticos.

• Muchas ganas de aprender y profundizar en educación y didáctica, en cualquiera de las etapas: infantil, primaria y/o secundaria.

• Experiencia previa en el aula de matemáticas en al menos una de las etapas educativas (infantil, primaria o secundaria).

• Buenas habilidades de comunicación en Catalán y Español.

• Dinamismo y proactividad en la resolución de problemas, con capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación.

• Facilidad para conectar con docentes y equipos educativos, generando relaciones de confianza.

• Buenas habilidades de comunicación, tanto en contextos formativos como de acompañamiento pedagógico.

• Ganas de trabajar en equipo y de cooperar con perfiles diversos dentro de la organización.

• Organización, entusiasmo y curiosidad intelectual.

• Capacidad para desenvolverte bien en entornos con cierta tensión y ritmos intensos.

• Carnet de conducir

• Tienes experiencia impartiendo formaciones a docentes o acompañando procesos de cambio metodológico.

• Has trabajado con diferentes modelos pedagógicos o propuestas innovadoras en matemáticas.

• Te interesa el mundo educativo, los proyectos con impacto y los entornos dinámicos.
