Business Owner Specialist

• Manage the complete lifecycle of the projects, from MVP definition and pilot testing to massive roll-out across all locations.
• Oversee in-store deployments, ensuring that digital tools and solutions (app, self-ordering devices) operate seamlessly and are fully aligned with the physical infrastructure.
• Act as a key liaison between multidiscilpinary teams, including IT, Marketing, UX/UI design, and external vendors.
• Define and manage project timelines, mitigate operational risks througout physical installation and activities.
• Establish and monitor success KPISs for each implemented product (smart order, adoption rate, average trasaction value) and analyze performance data to drive continous improvements.
• Develop and execute change management plans, creating operational manual and leadind on-site staff training to ensure a frictionless technology transition.

• Experience: More than 3 years in a similar role managing technology projects or digital products, ideally within the Retail, food service (HORECA) or FMCG sectors. Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana.
• Education: University Degree.
• Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2)
