The role

We currently need a STORE MANAGER in Valencia ( CC Saler), with an indefinite contract, whose mission will be to drive the store's commercial actions, and to coordinate and develop the team to increase turnover and reach the set commercial objectives.
What you'll do
- Ensure a great experience for people at KIABI.
- Lead, motivate, support, and manage your team throughout their entire career with the goal of ensuring their strong performance and the development of talent within the company.
- Get involved in attracting and identifying Talent (both external and internal) and in team development.
- Stay up to date with collection trends for each season and ensure the proper implementation of the store's visual identity, in order to enhance the customer experience and meet sales targets.
- Drive the achievement of the store's budget and commercial objectives.
- Make decisions based on the analysis of commercial indicators focused on generating sales and serving customers.
- Ensure compliance with processes and procedures to provide value to customers and teams.
