IT PMO - RETAIL (hybrid 3 days Madrid)

Our Project Manager Community keeps growing and we need to bring in a PMO to lead several strategic initiatives in parallel within an Agile environment and in hybrid format, 3 days a week at the Madrid office.

This is for a Retail sector client

What will you do?

- Responsible for leading the project

- Direct reporting to the CIO

- Good communication skills.

- Direct contact with the client for managing suppliers/projects

- Planning in all its aspects.

- Direction and coordination of all resources.

- Decision-making.

- Budget management

- Risk control and implementation of corrective measures.

A technical IT background is highly valued

• Flexible schedule ⏰: flexible hours, arrival from 8:30 am, departure at 6 pm with early finish on Fridays from 8 am to 3 pm and in summer (July and August) early finish from 8 am to 3 pm

¿Qué funciones realizarás?

- Responsable de liderar el proyecto

- Reporte directo al CIO

- Buenas dotes comunicativas.

- Contacto directo con cliente para gestión de los proveedores/proyectos

- Planificación en todos sus aspectos.

- Dirección y coordinación de todos los recursos.

- Toma de decisiones.

- Gestión del presupuesto

- Control de riesgos y aplicación de medidas correctivas.

Es muy valorable tener un background técnico en IT

• Horario flexible ⏰: horario flexible entrada 8.30h salida 18h con viernes intensivo de 8h a 15h y en verano (julio y agosto) intensivo de 8h a 15h
