Business Development Manager – AI for Software Engineering

You will be responsible for:

Develop business by taking part in acquiring new clients and defining new opportunities in the field of Artificial Intelligence applied to the software lifecycle (AI for Software Engineering).

Participate in commercial processes, leading the value proposition and the construction of offerings in this field, in coordination with technical and delivery teams.

Drive specific commercial initiatives aimed at the adoption of solutions based on governed copilots and agents applied to software development.

Work closely with the commercial team to identify opportunities in current and new clients, contributing to the growth of the pipeline associated with this cross-cutting line.

Participate in defining the commercial and growth strategy associated with AI for Software Engineering, aligned with the company's overall strategy.

Co-define, together with operations teams and other Business Lines, the portfolio of services and offerings in this field, structured around services such as:

- Governance of copilots and agents

- AI-assisted code generation, review and modernization

- AI-assisted QA and test automation

- Optimization of the software lifecycle through AI

Identify market needs and trends, contributing to the continuous evolution of the portfolio.

Manage relationships with relevant technology partners for this line, both existing and new.

Collaborate with managers of other Business Lines in managing established partners.

Identify, develop and consolidate new strategic alliances specific to the field of AI applied to software development.

Participate in co-selling initiatives and joint opportunity development with technology partners.

Act as a reference in the field of AI for Software Engineering within the organization, working cross-functionally with multiple LoBs.

Coordinate with technical teams (BTS) responsible for the design and delivery of services, participating mainly in pre-sales and solution definition phases.

Establish synergies with other Business Lines to ensure a coherent positioning within the global portfolio.

Collaborate in defining and managing the budget associated with this line of activity, monitoring the achievement of objectives.

Contribute to the development of the annual operating plan within your area of responsibility.

Identify and participate in events, initiatives and activities related to Artificial Intelligence applied to software development, in collaboration with the Marketing and Communication area.

Support content generation and the company's positioning in this field.

• Experience in business development, pre-sales or similar positions within the technology field.

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and its execution.

• Knowledge of trends in Artificial Intelligence applied to software development, copilots, agents and automation.

• Experience in environments that combine technical and commercial capabilities.

• Multidisciplinary profile with technical and business experience.

• Ability to conceptualize solutions aligned with client needs.

• Ability to engage with clients at both technical and business levels.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Leadership ability in cross-functional environments.

• Initiative, proactivity and results orientation.

• Interest in innovation and market trends.

• At least 10 years of experience, preferably in consulting/technology.

• Experience in technology consulting is a plus.

• Fluent English for a professional environment. Other languages are a plus.

Te encargarás de:

Desarrollar negocio participando en la captación de nuevos clientes y en la definición de nuevas oportunidades en el ámbito de la Inteligencia Artificial aplicada al ciclo de vida del software (AI for Software Engineering).

Participar en procesos comerciales, liderando la propuesta de valor y la construcción de ofertas en este ámbito, en coordinación con equipos técnicos y de delivery.

Impulsar iniciativas comerciales específicas orientadas a la adopción de soluciones basadas en copilotos y agentes gobernados aplicados al desarrollo de software.

Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo comercial para identificar oportunidades en clientes actuales y nuevos, contribuyendo al crecimiento del pipeline asociado a esta línea transversal.

Participar en la definición de la estrategia comercial y de crecimiento asociada a AI for Software Engineering, alineada con la estrategia global de la compañía.

Co-definir, junto con equipos de operaciones y otras Líneas de Negocio, el portafolio de servicios y offerings en este ámbito, estructurado en torno a servicios como:

- Gobierno de copilotos y agentes

- Generación, revisión y modernización de código asistida por IA

- QA y automatización de pruebas asistidas por IA

- Optimización del ciclo de vida del software mediante IA

Identificar necesidades del mercado y tendencias, contribuyendo a la evolución continua del portafolio.

Gestionar la relación con partners tecnológicos relevantes para esta línea, tanto existentes como nuevos.

Colaborar con responsables de otras Líneas de Negocio en la gestión de partners ya establecidos.

Identificar, desarrollar y consolidar nuevas alianzas estratégicas específicas del ámbito de IA aplicada al desarrollo de software.

Participar en iniciativas de co-selling y desarrollo conjunto de oportunidades con partners tecnológicos.

Actuar como referencia en el ámbito de AI for Software Engineering dentro de la organización, trabajando de forma transversal con múltiples LoB.

Coordinarse con equipos técnicos (BTS) responsables del diseño y delivery de los servicios, participando principalmente en fases de preventa y definición de soluciones.

Establecer sinergias con otras Líneas de Negocio para asegurar un posicionamiento coherente dentro del portafolio global.

Colaborar en la definición y gestión del presupuesto asociado a esta línea de actividad, realizando seguimiento del cumplimiento de objetivos.

Contribuir al desarrollo del plan operativo anual en su ámbito de responsabilidad.

Identificar y participar en eventos, iniciativas y actividades relacionadas con Inteligencia Artificial aplicada al desarrollo de software, en colaboración con el área de Marketing y Comunicación.

Apoyar la generación de contenido y posicionamiento de la compañía en este ámbito.

• Experiencia en desarrollo de negocio, preventa o posiciones similares dentro del ámbito tecnológico.

• Conocimiento del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software (SDLC), y en la ejecución del mismo.

• Conocimiento de tendencias en Inteligencia Artificial aplicada al desarrollo de software, copilotos, agentes y automatización.

• Experiencia en entornos que combinan capacidades técnicas y comerciales.

• Perfil multidisciplinar con experiencia técnica y de negocio.

• Habilidad para conceptualizar soluciones alineadas con necesidades de cliente.

• Capacidad de interlocución con clientes a nivel técnico y de negocio.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.

• Capacidad de liderazgo en entornos transversales.

• Iniciativa, proactividad y orientación a resultados.

• Interés por la innovación y tendencias de mercado.

• Experiencia de al menos 10 años, valorable en consultoría/tecnología.

• Valorable experiencia en consultoría tecnológica
