- Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks, performing updates, and executing repairs across our entire range of port cranes.
- Diagnosing and resolving equipment breakdowns with precision and efficiency
- Serving as a direct link with customers, our engineering department, and our parent company's teams to ensure seamless operations
- Identifying and reporting potential sales opportunities during service calls
- Meticulously completing all required documentation
- Executing drive system repairs and updates with expertise and attention to detail
