We are growing! We are looking for a Manager who combines leadership skills, strategic vision, and commercial acumen, leading high-impact projects and contributing to the growth of the practice.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for consulting and a desire to grow into an expert role in Procurement matters. Candidates should have excelled in previous roles and be seeking a new challenge. Key responsibilities for the selected candidate will include:

• End-to-end leadership of Procurement and Supply Chain transformation programs (planning, sourcing, operations, and logistics)
• Definition and implementation of target operating models (TOM) for Procurement and Supply Chain
• Design of advanced procurement strategies and supply chain planning (cost, service, resilience, and sustainability)
• Identification, development, and closing of business opportunities with current and potential clients
• Client relationship management at the C-Level, acting as a trusted advisor in transformation processes
• Management of multidisciplinary teams, fostering their development and ensuring excellence in delivery
• Definition and implementation of digitalization initiatives for Procurement and/or Supply Chain
• Supply chain risk management, third parties, and business continuity

• 8-12 years of experience, including a minimum of 4 years in consulting
• Solid experience in operations transformation, Procurement, and Supply Chain
• Proven experience in leading complex projects and managing teams
• Experience in business development, proposal preparation, and account management
• Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and experience in optimization models and decision-making
• University degree
• CPIM, CSCP, CLTD certification or similar
• Fluent Spanish and English
