What we offer

Requirements

• Higher Level Vocational Training in Analysis and Quality Control or a university degree related to the position.
• Minimum experience of 2 years performing allergen testing (ELISA, immunoenzymatic, lateral flow, and PCR), metals (atomic absorption), and/or wastewater.
• Experience working under ENAC accreditations in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 17025 standard.
• Minimum English level B2.

Food sector laboratory analyst (M/F/X)

Main duties

• Performance of laboratory tests and analyses.
• Analysis of allergens using ELISA, immunoenzymatic, lateral flow, and PCR techniques.
• Determination of metals using atomic absorption.
• Analysis of wastewater.
• Management and monitoring of laboratory quality procedures.
• Working under UNE-EN ISO 17025 accreditation requirements and collaboration in ENAC accreditation processes.
• Preparation and recording of analytical results and technical documentation.
