🚀 We are looking for an Order to Cash (O2C) Operations Analyst to join our team in Barcelona!

What you'll do

You will be a key piece in the Order to Cash process, ensuring that commercial incidents and disputes are managed effectively and efficiently.

Among your responsibilities will be:

✅ Manage commercial disputes related to the O2C process.
✅ Provide support for order management, modifications, blocks, rejections, and urgent requests.
✅ Analyze and resolve medium-complexity cases and non-standard situations.
✅ Handle customer claims and inquiries, working closely with internal teams to find quick and effective solutions.
✅ Maintain constant communication with clients via phone calls and emails.
