We are looking for a Tax Compliance Specialist (SAP + SII) | Madrid Hybrid

We are looking for a Tax Compliance Specialist to join a stable, high-volume project, where you will play a key role in ensuring the correct fulfillment of a major company's tax obligations.

What you'll do

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

✅ Preparation and filing of periodic tax returns:

VAT (Form 303)

Withholdings (Forms 111, 115, 216, 296, 190, and 180)

✅ Review of accounting information prior to tax filings

✅ Reconciliation of tax bases

✅ Support for monthly, quarterly, and annual tax closings

✅ Management of the tax calendar and deadline control

✅ Management of the SII (Immediate Supply of Information)

✅ Detection and resolution of tax issues

✅ Daily use of SAP in the tax area

What are we looking for?

🔹 Around 3 years of experience in Tax Compliance, taxation, or tax departments.

🔹 Solid experience preparing and filing VAT returns, withholdings, and annual summaries.

🔹 Knowledge and use of SAP applied to tax processes.

🔹 Organized, autonomous, meticulous person accustomed to working with demanding tax calendars.

Nice to have

🔹 Experience managing the SII, with experience using SERES being especially valued.
