The role

What you'll do

Represent the Group's finance department in Spain and ensure the implementation of financial governance standards at the local level. Support the creation of legal entities in Spain and the financial integration of acquired companies.
Oversee the preparation of accounting and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Strengthen the reliability of financial information and prepare clear, relevant management reporting that can be used by the Group.
Manage treasury and cash flow forecasts. Oversee local tax matters, particularly VAT, local taxes, and regulatory compliance.
Support the business unit director and subsidiary directors in the implementation of cross-functional projects.
Manage, structure, and develop the local finance team. Develop team competencies as the business grows. Design and implement a shared services center in order to internalize 100% of local billing.

Summary

Experience in fast-growing environments and newly created positions.
Very high level of English required.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

University degree in finance, accounting, auditing, or management.
At least 10 years of experience in corporate finance.
Extensive experience in demanding environments, whether in structuring or migrating to ERP systems, transformation, or integration following acquisitions. Growing environment.
Solid knowledge of accounting, reporting, budgeting, treasury, and local taxation. Experience in controlling.
Ability to succeed in a demanding environment in the development phase, with structuring challenges and alignment with the Group.
Strong presence, leadership, rigor, and a results-oriented mindset.
Fluent Spanish and professional-level English are essential.

To support this strategic phase, we are looking for a Senior Finance Manager capable of taking responsibility for the financial function in Spain, ensuring the integration of entities, structuring processes, and establishing a solid, high-performance, and scalable organization.

As part of its dynamic growth and structuring in Spain, the Group is strengthening its presence and expanding its organization in the country. The Group will grow from 2 to 6 legal entities in 2026 through acquisitions and commercial development from Corporate. This new organization will represent a business volume of approximately 10 million euros and will have 120 employees, compared to the current 5 million euros. It will continue to grow rapidly through both external expansion and organic growth.
