From Manpower Business Selection, we are looking for, for an important company in the banking sector in Spain, a Sales Assistant PERMANENT - In Bilbao (M/F/X)

You will be the person responsible for offering an excellent experience to customers during their visit to the office, organizing the flow of attention and helping to reduce waiting times. In addition, you will help identify commercial opportunities and promote the use of digital tools to improve the customer experience.

✅ Organize customer traffic in the office, with the aim of reducing queues and waiting times

✅ Detect and prioritize attention to vulnerable customers

✅ Mobilize and digitize our customers through the app and use of self-service stations for those operations where the customer does not need advice

✅ Handle inquiries that cannot be resolved in the office, to avoid unnecessary waiting for customers (customers who come without an appointment, visits without an ID, mobile phone, or access code, local taxes...)

✅ Detect opportunities among the customers served, so that they can be advised by the rest of the team, informing customers and/or prospects about our product offering, so that they choose the ones that best fit their financial needs

✅ Provide solutions to the issues raised or operations requested in the most effective and satisfactory way possible, always seeking high standards in Customer Experience.

✅ Support the coordinator in other organizational tasks (planning, sizing)

✅ Attend at the commercial desk, if staffing levels require it to maintain quality of service

✅ Demonstrate knowledge of the bank's products and campaigns, as well as the market and competition. Know the operation and procedures of other bank channels with which there is a direct relationship

✅ Will share with their manager and the channel all relevant information about customers or processes that they may gather during the performance of their work, to help improve the bank

✅ Any operations or actions to be carried out will be in accordance with existing procedures, internal audit standards, and security

• Bachelor's Degree/Graduate/Diploma/Vocational Training (Law, Economics, Business Administration)
• Official MIFID+ certification, Insurance and Pensions
• Commercial drive: Knowledge of products, services, and banking operations, and sales techniques
• Customer service experience
• Basque language is a plus
• Excellent communicator, dynamic, versatile, and resourceful

• Permanent Contract Part-Time (27 hours), Contract directly with the client.
• Working hours: Mon-Thu from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, and Fridays from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Desde Manpower Business Professional seleccionamos, para una importante empresa del sector bancario en España un/a Sales Assistant INDEFINIDO -En Bilbao (H/M/X)

Serás la persona encargada de ofrecer una experiencia excelente a los clientes durante su visita a la oficina, organizando el flujo de atención y contribuyendo a reducir los tiempos de espera. Además, ayudarás a identificar oportunidades comerciales y fomentarás el uso de herramientas digitales para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.

✅ Organizar el tráfico de clientes en la oficina, con el objetivo de reducir las colas y los tiempos de espera

✅ Detectar y priorizar la atención de clientes vulnerables

✅Movilizar y digitalizar a nuestros clientes a través de la app y uso de puestos de autoservicio para aquellas operativas donde el cliente no necesita asesoramiento

✅Atender consultas que no pueden ser resueltas en la oficina, para evitar esperas innecesarias de los clientes (alta interviniente que venga sin 2º T, visitas sin documento de identidad, móvil o clave operativa, impuestos locales...)

✅Detectar oportunidades en aquellos clientes atendidos, para que estos puedan ser asesorados por el resto de equipo, informando a los clientes y/o prospectos de nuestra oferta de productos, con el fin de que éstos elijan los que más se adapten a sus necesidades financieras

✅Dar solución a los problemas planteados u operaciones demandadas de la manera más eficaz y satisfactoria buscando siempre altos estándares en experiencia de Cliente.

✅Apoyo al coordinador en otras tareas organizativas (planificación, dimensionamiento)

✅Atención en mesa comercial, si el dimensionamiento lo requiere para mantener la calidad del servicio

✅Demostrar conocimientos en productos y campañas del banco, así como del mercado y competencia. Conocer el funcionamiento y operativa de otros canales del banco con los que se tenga relación directa

✅Compartirá con su responsable y el canal, toda información relevante de clientes o procesos que pueda recoger durante la realización de su trabajo, para ayudar a mejorar al banco

✅Aquellas operaciones o acciones que tenga que realizar serán conforme a los procedimientos existentes, normas de auditoría interna y seguridad

• Licenciado/Grado/Diplomado/Módulo/ (Derecho, Economía, ADE)
• Certificación oficial MIFID+ LCCI y SEGUROS
• Vocación comercial: Conocimiento sobre productos, servicios y operativa bancaria y técnicas de venta
• Experiencia en servicio al cliente
• Euskera valorable
• Excelente comunicador, dinámico, versátil y resolutivo

• Contrato Indefinido Jornada Parcial (27 horas), Contrato directamente con el cliente.
• Horario de trabajo: L-J de 10:30 a 14:00 y de 16:00 a 18:30 y los Viernes es de 11:00 a 14:00
